Joye in the Community by Joye Law Firm
2011 Joye Law Firm Scholarship Program
Each spring, Joye Law Firm awards graduating seniors from area high schools with $2,000 scholarships to assist them with college expenses. Selection of the recipients is based on school activities, positions of leadership, special honors and awards, community involvement, academic performance, and academic and professional pursuits. Each candidate also writes an essay about underage drinking and driving prevention. Recipients are personally presented with their awards, followed by a dinner hosted by Joye Law Firm. Since 2006, the firm has provided $60,000 in scholarships.
